At Sh3la, we want to empower the next generation by bridging the gap between academic learning and the real world by connecting them with companies through challenges and competitions designed to solve real-world problems faced by those companies.
How does Sh3la work?
We collaborate with companies to understand the problem they/their industry is facing, and post them in as a challenge/competition on our platform

Youth would choose the challenge/comeptition of that piques their interest and submit its deliverables (i.e. prototypes, slidedeck, video, etc...)

After completing challenges, youth would be able to engage with their local community and build thier professional portfolio through their verified profiles.
